| Wow...what is this object here...oh ya, it's my xanga! Lol, this thing pretty much fell through the cracks of use as college pretty much consumed my life.
Well, I'm all done with my first semester of college!!! OWU has been absolutely amazing and I've made soooo many friends there. I've had some awesome and crazy times, as well as stressful as finals took place last week.
Any big news right now in my includes just me smashing my fingers and going to the hospital off campus the night before my last final, doing finals, enjoying life, being home and back in Louisville for Winter Break, Christmas just came and was amazing, and I still have like a month left of relaxing!!! (boo ya!)
I've definitely been catching up on a lot of sleep, listening to music, and reading lately. I got some great books for christmas including some great Creationism books and the new book by my favorite wildlife photographers, and some new CDs. I have definitely missed all my pets and am glad to be able to enjoy their presence again.
Jon = beast. - that one is for you Jon "Your Daddy" Smith.
Winter break is looking sweet, so if anyone wants to get together or hang, just give me a call because I'm pretty much free for the most part!!! Peace!
| The amazing assortment of mind and heart are astounding. There exist in this world such complexity, so many different thoughts, so many interests, so many opinion/view, that all add up to this mixture of being that spans beyond comprehension. Though the idea is daunting and mezmerizing, we are not to fear, only embrace. Embrace the common thought and the thought that lies in uncommon meaning.
To be close-minded is not to not accept an idea, it is to not acknowledge the existence of the idea and not let it stretch its wings. An idea can always be accepted or not accepted. It is the review of ideas that lead to acceptance or non-acceptance. Don't fear different ideas, fear those ideas that are not true, yet are accepted. A disacknowledgement of those leads not to close-mindedness, but rather shows an acceptance of true ideas that leads to enlightenment.
We are ever-changing products. We are not constant. We constantly define whether we realize it or not.
Refine the those ideas that make you true and you.
| It's Halloween weekend! Time to part-ay!! Whoot, I'm so glad the weekend is here, way to much of a stressful week. Now its time to relax and have some freaking fun!

| Woah, way too much going on. The science courses here at OWU are basically created to destroy you and weed out EVERYBODY so that only true hardcore people are left. It is INSANE. For the past two weeks, I only was getting like and hour or so of sleep a night and sometimes just going two days at a time with no sleep. I had to quit my on-campus job because I can't keep up with my school work and just regular work. This week is insane, this is the first time I have been able to sit down because I got out of my zoo. lab examination early so I am just resting before chemistry, which I am struggling to pull off a B in. I can't wait until this weekend because it is going to Halloween! Finally, a weekend of no work and I can go and have fun with everyone, boo ya!
Things slip through cracks and are born again in the cracks of light.
I got mail yesterday, yes!!!!
I thnk I'm going to go eat a cookie.
I am getting a new pet, lol, because this friend of mine said she would get me a discounted creature from Petsmart if I helped her pass her zoo. lab exam - lol, I would have helped her anyways, but heck yes I get an animal now!!!!
Peace :) | | |
| Fall Break is here!!
I traveled back to Louisville and let the eves of former wash into the present in a trip of nostalgia.
I feel old and distant, yet a warm memory.
I came back Friday evening and relaxed in my bed. Saturday found me sleeping in, followed by Harrison's soccer game, in turn with talking to Eric then, followed by talking to Lindsey, and then I went up to Akron University and hung out all night with Cory, Tom, Dave, and John - had a blast there and we did a whole bunch of crazy crap, lol.
Left Akron Sunday morning and came back, rested, and then Nathan came over, he just got back from the National Guard and had to leave college to go down to New Orleans to do relief effort and other rather unmentionable things. He just got an appartment so next weekend we are going to his place to part-ay, and then down to Steve's house in Dayton to part-ay some more! Heck ya! He decided to not return to college this year and is going to Kent State next fall, so right now he is working at some construction place. Tonight I'm going out with my parents to eat and then working the rest of the weekend because my midterms/papers are all due this upcoming week.
No school on monday! Fricking awesome!
Well, off to pick Joy up from ballet!
